We provide insurance coverage for damage and theft to the vacation or short term and long term rental home during your guest’s stay

Damage

We provide damage insurance coverage for short term and long term rental home insurance for Furniture, Appliances, Decor, Flooring, Windows, and other interior items. For example, broken lamps, windows and glass, electronics, damaged doors, walls, and furniture, stained bedding or linens, lost keys, and re-keying costs.

Theft

We provide theft insurance for short term and long term rental property insurance. There is coverage under the plan for theft which is caused by any person other than the guest and traveling companions. A police report is required.

Pets

This policy can cover pets damage insurance as long as having pets on the property is not considered a breach of the lease agreement. Pet damage is not covered if the pet's presence in the rental violates the rental agreement.

What is the cost for Host Insurance? How can I get a quote?

The Host Insurance premium is $5 per night and gives you $5,000 in coverage with a deductible of $500. You don’t pay for nights that you don’t have bookings.

What kinds of things are covered under my policy?

The policy is a tenant damage or theft policy that includes all the interior contents of the dwelling, e.g. furniture, decor, appliances, flooring, windows, etc... Hosts or property managers typically purchase our insurance to protect against guest damage and theft during short term stays.
